We value families and develop partnerships through:

Family-centred care: "Families and staff are actively involved in the care and education of children. We welcome family knowledge and understanding, resources, and strengths as these assist in shared decision making.

Communicating: We have honest, respectful communication with families and a genuine interest in families. We share the child’s preschool journey with families including their life outside Preschool.

Empathy: We respect family’s thoughts and feelings and respect and accept differences we aspire to being connected and understanding of families.

Respect for diversity: We respect differences between individuals and acknowledge and share their backgrounds, values and beliefs.

Our Centre is managed by a committee of parents who are elected at the Annual General Meeting each year.

The Committee meets once a month and has input into all decisions relating to the setting of fees, policy making and the general running of the preschool business.
