The role of the educator is to have rich engagements with children so they feel safe and secure and have the confidence to explore and experiment. The Educators hear the children’s voices, capture their ideas and thoughts and this is then reflected in the program.

Educators document the children's learning, plan experiences, identify the child’s capabilities, strengths and needs, communicate about children’s learning and evaluate the effectiveness of the program.

Our Educators are central to providing a quality educational program to all children and their families. Our preschool is staffed by qualified and experienced educators.
